Our customers count on us to manage electronic purchase orders, provide advanced shipping notices, properly formatted bills of lading, packing lists, and carton and pallet labels consistent with the requirements of all major retailers in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Logistics. It’s part of what we do and we partner with JD Edwards to transact inventory location information and production/shipping status on a daily basis.
US Merchants personnel handle the production control necessary to exceed compliance expectations. We are a Master Distributor for retail products. Our logisticians are working to ensure accurate order fulfillment, excellent traffic flow of shipping and receiving, and good working relationships with carriers outside of our Greenline transport fleet (UPS/FedEx).

Once the packaging is designed, we will receive your product into one of our flex-space warehouses where we can contract or expand the space available to you, as needed. We have strict inventory control and logisticians who will manage your product as it passes through our packaging process to delivery and you will be the one to select the level of safety that is enforced regarding your stock.

The handling of expensive brand name merchandise requires security to be a top priority. Each of our facilities is equipped with high-tech surveillance systems and around-the-clock security personnel. To reinforce sophisticated security surveillance systems, our seasoned full-time security personnel provide 24/7 protection. Our Ontario, California facility has over 150 video surveillance cameras monitoring activities in all areas. You can be sure that your product is safe and secure in our care.
Greenline Transportation™ & Partnerships
At US Merchants, we warehouse and transport products using our own dedicated Greenline Transportation Fleet of trucks. Each interstate vehicle is fully equipped with the resources to provide coast-to-coast service, including US and Canada. We also have a separate fleet of trucks for shorter transport and daytime hauls.
Our interstate vehicles are furnished with GPS navigation systems and with satellite tracking via the internet, so we always know the exact location of your shipment. Our drivers are certified specialists with years of verifiable experience, always placing safety and security first. Under the Greenline banner, we are able to deliver your products safely and efficiently to the retailer or location of your choice. Our transportation fleet provides a competitive shipping alternative with the added advantage of skilled handling and assured product tracking.
