Thermoforming is the process we use to create our plastic packaging supplies, including blisters, trays, sheets, clamshells, cartons, boxes, and lids. In the thermoforming process, a thin plastic sheet is heated until it is pliable, is then formed to a specific shape in a mold, and finally trimmed to create a usable product.
