What is the Pallet Program?

It is a patented method and design that enables you to receive your packaged product on pallets that can then be used to display your merchandise for sale without having to remove it from the pallet.

US Merchants is able to design your display and fabricate it – all in-house! Our graphic designers will work with you to create the visual effect that you desire, then our engineers will design the pallet, and our manufacturing team will create and test the molds for your packaging and fabricate the pallets. Your end product will be completed at the best cost, highest quality, and quickest turn-around.

Setup | Size | Custom

A small setup fee gets you started in our Pallet Program. We have 5 standard sizes of block style and GMA#1 hardwood pallets (as required by the warehouse clubs), so no custom molds are needed. Trays and false bottoms can be custom printed to enhance your finished pallet.
